After a nice dinner at Manolo's. Arrived this afternoon and haven't done much yet. Visited Briga (CrossFit gym in Panama City) and got dinner. Met Carlos the Colombian gay guy staying in the girl's room at the hostel.
This was supposed to be a trip to celebrate finishing my comps, and although my defense was delayed, I did finish the exams and I'm going to celebrate it.
Panama City is very urban, reminds me of a lot of other Central American and South American capital cities, but a bit nicer. El Cangrejo, the neighborhood where I'm staying, is fabulous. Tomorrow going to see some of the old city and maybe that big canal.
